Indie Music Co. is a music streaming social media platform where independent artists and producers can share their constantly expanding mix of music, sell merch, promote events, and connect with fans.
Indie Music Co. was developed to help bring awareness to independent artists and producers who make wonderful creations, but often go unnoticed on music platforms that prioritize major label artists.

Indie Music Co. Features:
- Personalized profiles – Users can edit/personalize their profile pages with custom avatar, background image, description, social links, location and more.
- Messaging System - Users can send “DMs” or private messages to other users.
- Follower System – Users can stay up to date with other user’s activities by following them.
- Store System: Pro plan users can sell digital and physical products directly from their profile. For example, as an artist you can sell digital copies of your singles/albums, t-shirts, vinyl records, or more. Producers, you can sell your beats, producing equipment, other merchandise, or more right from your profile page.
- Stories: Users can create free or promoted stories on their profile, similar to Instagram. ***Promoted stories is a feature for users to promote their story to all registered users. (To add a story, click on feed, then click the on your profile picture)
- Libraries – Users can add songs, albums and artists to their library on Indiemusic in addition to playlists.
- Playlists – Users can create, share and follow playlists.
- Player – Fully-featured player including shuffle, repeat, lyrics, queue and more.
- Dark Mode – Light and dark themes. You can fully customize them or add new themes via appearance editor.
- Channels – top 50 tracks by plays, newly released albums, popular genres, albums ordered by plays and more.
- Search – virtually any artist, album or track can be found via search.
Artists/Producers (PRO PLANS)
For artists & producers looking to take things to the next level, we offer a Pro Plan for $10 per month or $100 annually.
Pro plans can be purchased directly from your dashboard after you create an account. After you log in, click the “Upgrade to Pro” button to switch to the pro plan. Note: you’ll need to add funds to your Indie Music Co digital wallet before purchasing the plan.

Story Promotion & Spotlight Feature
Story Promotions
Users have the option of promoting a story to all registered users on Indie Music Co for a flat fee of $25. (Simply add money to your wallet, click your profile picture to add a story, and then select show to all users in the “who can see” drop down menu). Once you are ready to post your promoted story, click publish.
Spotlight Feature
Artists & producers can purchase Spotlight features for greater visibility of their best songs. Spotlight features can be purchased by the number of weeks or by the month you’d like the track to be visible.

Advertising
The Indie Music Co advertising system is a feature which allows users to post ads throughout the website. With our advertising system users can:
- Upload Image ads to the home page, sidebar and profile pages.
- Upload Audio Ads which play before the song starts. These ads are charged by CPC.
How do I get started with setting up a new advertising campaign?
- First, register for an account on Indiemusic Co. Secondly, log in to your account, click the drop down menu, select advertising. Next, select wallet, then click the “Top up wallet button.” You’ll need to add money to your wallet before starting a new advertising campaign. Once you’ve added money to your wallet, you’re ready to begin advertising. Go back to the advertising menu, select new campaign, complete the form, upload any campaign media associated with your ad, then click publish.
What is CPC, CPI?
- CPC means “Cost per click.” Basically, this is the amount the system will charge the user for each ad click.
- CPI means “Cost per impression.” This is how much the system will charge the user per ad view.
